This policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services or request refunds from BizDevEngine. Our goal is to maintain fairness and transparency in all commercial transactions while respecting the time and resources allocated to each project.
A project or service engagement is confirmed only after both parties have agreed to the scope of work and payment terms in writing. Once confirmed, an initial payment (deposit or full amount) is required before development work begins.
If a client chooses to cancel a project after confirmation, the following conditions apply:
Before project commencement: Full refund of payment, minus any administrative or transaction fees.
After work has started: A partial refund may be issued, based on the proportion of completed work and resources allocated.
After delivery or completion: No refund is available once the agreed deliverables have been provided or accepted.
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to info@bizdevenginepro.com and include project reference details.
BizDevEngine reserves the right to cancel a service or project under specific circumstances, including:
Non-payment or delayed payment by the client;
Client failure to provide necessary information or approvals;
Breach of contract or misuse of deliverables.
In such cases, the client will be notified in writing, and any refundable balance (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable period.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the same payment method originally used. Administrative and processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered, including but not limited to:
Consulting sessions or discovery workshops already conducted;
Completed design or development deliverables;
Hosting, maintenance, or third-party software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
If a client requests changes after project commencement, any additional work or modifications will be subject to a new quotation and timeline. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.
BizDevEngine shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, or government actions. In such cases, project timelines may be adjusted, or partial refunds may be considered where applicable.
